About the memorial: Stone cross of sacrifice with bronze sword inlaid into the octagonal shaft of the cross. The memorial has a three-tiered plinth. The names of those who died in the First World War are incised in black lettering on the upper tier while those from the Second World War are on the lower tiers.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
