About the memorial: Wall mounted, portrait orientated white stone tablet with decorative designs in relief incorporating diamond shapes, surrounding WW1 inscription and names. At the base is a semi-circular shelf with one WW2 name on edge. Lettering in black.(The memorial refers to the Men of the Village but contains the name of Lilian A M Taylor & 17 men).
