About the memorial: Stained glass window dedicated to Edward St Aubyn, who drowned when his ship was torpedoed off Crete. This is accompanied by a bronze plaque, with raised edges, showing dedication in gold coloured, uppercase, incised lettering. It has Aubyn crest at top and honours stripe at the base with War Plaque ("Dead Man's Penny").

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
