About the memorial: Calvary cross. Can anyone local please add photos and a condition update? I am not local but the 2006 photo found on the geograph website, as compared to the undated photo from the council website, suggests that the name plaque on the wall had been cleaned some time before 2006. Unless the council photo is recent and the name plaque has deteriorated sharply since 2006, which seems unlikely.

In grateful and loving memory of the men of this parish who gave their lives for their country 1914 - 1919 (47 names listed) Also those who gave their lives defending freedom 1939 - 1945 (7 names listed)

The condition of the memorial is poor and it is very difficult to make out all the names, particularly those on the lower panel from 1939 - 1945
