About the memorial: BRONZE WALL PLAQUE IN PRESENT DAY NATIONAL WESTMINSTER BANK CANTERBURY. MEMORIAL TO ARTHUR F QUELCH. THE PLAQUE DISAPPEARED FROM THE BANK DURING DECORATIONS IN NOVEMBER 2015. THE BUILDERS HAVE UNDERTAKEN TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PLAQUE. PLAQUE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW BRONZE REPLICA OF THE ORIGINAL ON 22/8/2016.ARTHUR QUELCH IS ALSO REMEMBERED ON A PICTORIAL DISPLAY OF THE HISTORY OF THE BANK
