About the memorial: Composite memorial structure consisting of a central square sectioned, pillar-like obelisk with symmetrical stone benches to the front & back, Incised inscriptions & a single wreath in relief on south face of obelisk. The whole memorial is sited on a triangular grassed area at the junction of High St. & Naseby Rd.
