About the memorial: In memory of B. Moon and his brother, who was spared. This WMO entry describes the memorial as a stained glass window. The IWM Register thinks it is a tablet, described thus - Large, wall mounted, portrait orientated, marble framed and decorative inner spandrel-arched tablet comprising a blue background and a multicoloured, cloaked, armour-clad figure. Below, in the form of a stone scroll-banner, is an incised inscription infilled with black enamel paint. The figure appears to be of St. George, holding a sword, point downwards, in his right hand with the slain dragon at his feet. In his raised left hand is a tall, slender Cross, attached to which, is the flag of St. George, unfurled behind the figure.
