About the memorial: Single-stepped square base surmounted by a square sectioned plinth, the upper half of which, transforms into an octagonal face. A square-to-octagonal sectioned column rises from the plinth, topped by a collar and cross. Incised inscriptions on sides of plinth with a separate incised tablet at the 9 o'clock ground position, dedicated to WW2 names.
