About the memorial: Within the church, in the south chapel, as part of the WW1 history commemoration display.A framed and glazed Roll of Honour commemorating the members of staff of F. &. G. Smith Limited, who gave their services in WW1. The Roll is headed by a black and white image of a British soldier, holding a rifle, in front of the Union Flag. The names are listed under three locations: Dereham, 15 names; Ryburgh, 13 names; and Wells, 13 names. There is no indication as to which died.
