In grateful memory of (names) who gave their lives for God king & country in the Great War 1914 - 1918. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend. Erected by Voluntary Subscription 1920. Also (names). These men died in the Second World War that we might live. 1939 - 1945. Their name liveth for evermore.
