About the memorial: Tybroughton War Memorial consists of a small plaque bearing the names of two local men who gave their lives in the Great War. It is housed in a newly refurbished bus shelter, which is owned and maintained by Bronington Community Council. There is an accompanying explanatory panel giving details of the men and the actions in which they served. The plaque was originally housed in the Tybroughton Temperance Hall and moved to the shelter many years ago when the hall was demolished.
