Polish Forces at No. 1 Parachute Training School Ringway 1941 – 46. This memorial is dedicated to the 6000 polish officers and soldiers of the 1st Independent Polish Parachute Brigade and members of the Special Operations Executive who undertook parachute training together with nationals of Belgium, France, Holland and Norway at Ringway - Manchester during World War II.
