Between these two plaques is a large print of Saint George with sword, centrally placed on the memorial. Another smaller, brass plaque is centrally placed but below Saint George, near the base of the plaque, which bears the names of 6 men who were killed during the war. Another small brass plaque, also centrally placed but above Saint George, near the top of the memorial, bears the dedication text. This memorial, which was formerly kept with on the Abertillery Liberal and Labour Club premises near Foundry Bridge, is now in the care of Abertillery and District Museum, following the closure of the club.
