About the memorial: Marble capped plaque, containg etched dedication & names, sitting on a shelf with globe and furled flags in relief at its top, a canon and anchor in relief on either side and a small crest at its base. This is mounted on a grey sheet with a cross at its top in turn moiunted on a stone backing.
