About the memorial: The memorial was sited at the location of accident which lead to the first Royal Flying Corps casualties - Capt Eustace Loraine and Staff Sgt Richard Wilson - on 5th July 1912. The memorial was moved as part of the redevelopment work around Stonehenge . It was rededicated in May 2014 and can be found just to the south of the new Stonehenge Visitor Centre.
