About the memorial: Wall mounted, portrait orientated, moulded nowy-headed alabaster tablet. In relief at centre top is a wreath enclosing a cross. Centre piece is an incised inscription, infilled with black paint. A decorative leaf patterned border surrounds the inscription area. The remaining vertical & lower parts of the tablet are in plain stone with base rail, curved & cornered.
