About the memorial: A decorative wheel cross surmounted on a rough hewn rock plinth with recessed panel containing inscriptions. Rosehall is about 8 miles west of Lairg. This is the second memorial in the parish of Creich , the other larger memorial is in Bonar Bridge (WMO/141655). Some of the names on this memorial are on the one in Bonar and a couple are on the Kincardine & Croick memorial (WMO/161977) in Ardgay as well. Rosehall covers Invercassley and Altass and the small hamlets on the Croick side of the River Oykel.
