About the memorial: A Celtic cross with knot & button design set on tapering plinth with dedication & names in black lettering standing on 2 part base in paved area. The Historic England listing entry shows this memorial to be on the site of a school in Redcar Lane, but this is now a housing estate, so clearly the memorial must have been moved to its present location within the past few years.
