To the Glory of God. The electric lighting in this church was given by Dorothy Parish of Greenham Barton, 1936 - 1946, in happy remembrance of her sons David Francis Woodbine Parish Pilot Officer, R.A.F. V.R., missing presumed killed in action off Malta in February 1942, aged 27, and of John Neville Woodbine Parish Sub-Lieutenant, Fleet Air Arm, killed on active service near Yeovilton, May 1941, aged 20. 'They were lovely and pleasant in their lives and in their death they were not divided: they were swifter than eagles'.

David Francis Woodbine Parish, John Neville Woodbine Parish.
