BELOW THESE ARE THE FIGURE OF 2 ANGELS AND AT THE CENTRE A KNIGHT HOLDING A SWORD THE FACE OF THE KNIGHT IS HENRY J MATTHEWS. THE ANGELS ON THE RIGHT OF THE PICTURE IS HOLDING A BANNER EXCECSIS DEO. BELOW THE FIGURES ARE TWO DIAMOND SHAPED PANELS THE LEFT HAND PANE HAS THE LAUREL CROWN, THE RIGHT HAND PANE THE EVERLASTING LIGHT
