About the memorial: NOWY-HEADED WW1 BRASS PLAQUE AND A RECTANGULAR BRASS WW2 PLAQUE MOUNTED ONTO A NOWY-HEADED WOODEN BOARD. INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF. FOLIATE BORDER AROUND THE EDGE. SHELF UNDERNEATH. THREE BRASS VASES STAND ON THE SHELF COAT OF ARMS OF THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM IS ON THE TOP CENTRE OF THE WW1 PLAQUE WITHIN A WREATH. FOLLOWING THE CLOSURE OF HOLLYMOOR HOSPITAL IN THE 1990s THE MEMORIAL IS NO LONGER TO BE FOUND.
