About the memorial: The memorial is a wooden framed and painted Roll of Honour in the entrance to the Streetlife Museum. It gives the names, occupation, age, Service and details of what happened to them (17 names). and then similar details for 3 Employees killed in Air Raids in Hull. On each side is a Sword with a ribbon twined around with the words "Their task is done" left hand sword and "Their task is won" right hand sword.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
