About the memorial: In memory of the cyclists who died in both world wars. This is a stone obelisk which sits at the narrow end of Meriden green. The inscription to WWI is incised into an inset stone tablet and the inscription to WWII is inscribed onto a bronze plaque on the other face of the memorial.
