About the memorial: Near the front on the Right hand side of the church is a memorial to the 186 men of the parish of Rowley Regis/Blackheath who died in World War One.It is a plain white marble plaque with a partly semi circular top and a frame of darker marble around it.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
