This Lady Chapel is restored by the people of Monyash in memory of Victor Bonsall, William Bradbury, John Bramwell, George S Briddon, John Briddon, Tom Briddon, J Hubert Fotherby, Joseph Handley, Alexander R Jones, Alfred F Marsden, Eric S Morgan, George W Mountney. Who gave their lives in the Great War 1914 – 1918, and in Thanksgiving for the preservation of John F Bailey, Henry Bonsall, Richard Bonsall, William Bonsall, Ralph Critchlow, Raymond Critchlow, Thomas Critchlow, William Critchlow, George Dicken, Bernard Dyson, John Dyson, Leonard Featherstone, J Fred Fotherby, Robert H Goodwin, Eaton Hawley, Frank Hawley, Harold Hawley, Joseph Hawley, Edward Hayto, Richard Johnson, Francis W Jones, Ernest Mellor, Arthur Millington, George Millington, Josiah Millington, Walter Millington, Josiah Mountney, Fred Mycock, Thomas Nash, Harry Naylor, Ralph Naylor, Herbert Prince, Samuel S Wagstaffe, who nobley served their country .
