In the Churchyard lies the body of/ (Name) of this Parish.First Officer, Air Transport Auxillary./ She was killed near Calne, flying one of HM aircraft/ on 19th April 1943, in her 31st year/ This plate also commemoratess two of her brothers/ (Name)/ Captain, 3rd Kings Own Hussars, Royal Armoured/ Corps, killed on active service in Palesting/ on 1st October, 1943 in his 37th year/ (Name)/ Captain 7th Queens Own Hussars, Royal Armoured/ Corps, who died from wounds received in action in Libya/ on 17th July 1940, in his 30th year
