About the memorial: A stained glass window dedicated to two servicemen from 665 Squadron AAC who died whilst on Op Banner. The window has a number of cap badges including the AAC, R Signals, PSNI, RIR, and the Brigade badges of 3 Bde, 8 Bde, and 39 Bde. Also on the window are two Gazelle helicopters and the Cranes of Harland and Woolf At the bottom are the three 665 AAC badges, Iraq, Northern Ireland and UK.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

This window is in memory of Captain Andrew Nicoll AAC and Sergeant Simon Bennett AAC who lost their lives in Gazelle ZB 676 whilst on operations over Londonderry on 22 December 2003. The window denotes the role of 665 Squadron Army Air Corps on that day. It is dedicated to all past, present and future members of 665 Squadron Army Air Corps
