About the memorial: This was originally a wall mounted plaque in Bryn Chapel. It was transferred to the cellar at Cuddington Mehodist church under the care of the Methodist Trustees when Bryn Chapel was closed and subsequently converted into a house. The memorial was discovered in the cellar in 2016 and subsequently moved to Gorstage Cemetry. It is believed that the Royal British Legion are now responsible for it's care. It is a marble plaque fixed to black stone backing. Although it was originally an internal plaque it is now outside in the cemetry at Gorstage.
