It is under the care of the CWGC whose graves and memorials are offical commemorative sites as opposed to local or community war memorials created by public subscription which are the focus of this website. See the What is a war memorial section of this website for further information. Cenotaph, undated, to those fallen in the Great War 1914-19. White stone. Base of 2 octagonal steps; inscribed plinth; cross with downward-pointing sword of justice in bronze, total height approx 5m. The cenotaph stands at the junction of the drives from Overleigh Road and the 2 mortuary chapels of the cemetery (qv). c Historic England listing entry
