About the memorial: An addition to a sandstone headstone on a family grave. The headstone has a triangular arch top, stepped corners, a decorative incised border at each side and an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong sandstone base, with bevelled top and a further inscription, and is accompanied by plain oblong sandstone kerbs. It is half way along and to the left of the path between the gate and the south porch.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
