About the memorial: a metal plaque set in a wooden frame, this memorial was brought from Queen Street Congregational Church and was erected in 2008 in memory of Miss Vera Lloyd Together with the marble memorial (now in Wolverhampton Art Gallery, ref 251893, it was in the vestibule of the main entrance to the church in Queen Street, Wolverhampton (church now demolished) Panel in Carrara marble surrounded by alabaster on a background of dark panelling . The panel is named” He is Risen” It was sculpted by Robert Emerson and depicts two female figures, a mourner and an angel

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
