About the memorial: A doorway inside Falkirk Trinity Church with an inscription and the names of those killed. Stone Dedication tablet above the internal entrance doorway to the church, with a brass names plaque either side of the doorway, each of which has a small supplementary names plaque below.The Church is locally known as 'The Faw Kirk'. Originally it was the Old Kirk- then Old and St Modans from 1986 after union of those 2 churches, then further renamed after union with the, now closed, Erskine Church

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
