About the memorial: A Nowy Headed wooden board, Bank Coat of Arms in top centre, main inscription in relief carved scroll, with inlaid brass names plaques. Sides are square Doric style columns, top is corniced. Originally at the Ulster Bank Head Office at Waring Street

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
