About the memorial: The Roll of Honour is elaborately decorated, with decorations of clover, rose, a crown above two flags, a leek and thistles above the names with laurel leaves as side decoration, with symbols for Canada, Australia, New Zealand India and South Africa. It is held in an oak frame gilt edged on the inside holding the glass.
