About the memorial: Described by IWM Register as a latin cross and by the originator of this entry as a Celtic cross it seems to be a hybrid, with the top half wheeled and the bottom half not. The IWM Register has duplicated this entry as 55753 and 75193. The memorial has been moved to the site of the old church altar and is in poor state amid trees and undergrowth. The WW1 dedication/names is on the front face of the plinth and continues onto the top step. The WW2 names are on a side face.
