About the memorial: The memorial is a bronze plaque on which the names are painted, attached to the north wall of the church opposite the door. The bronze palque is attached to a marble frame which has a square section protruding at the top centre on which is a carved cross between the dates 19 14 and 19 19

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
