About the memorial: This memorial takes the form of a white marble or Portland stone statue of a WW1 infantryman in full kit, head bowed, hands resting on butt of inverted rifle. This is mounted on a red granite plinth which records names and ranks of the fallen as well as their regiment and place of death.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
