About the memorial: A Nowy-headed wooden board with Red painted border and Gold painted bosses; the border divides the lower part of the board which has the WW2 names on it. The inscription is in White and Gold painted lettering. A Gold painted wreath in relief is at the top centre of the board with the Cross of St. George in the centre.
