About the memorial: OAK TRIPTYCH WITH OVAL PEDIMENT. INSCRIPTION PAINTED ON IN BLACK, GOLD AND RED LETTERING. RELIEF CARVING AT THE TOP OF EACH SECTION AT THE TOP OF THE LEFT AND RIGHT HAND SECTIONS IS A FIGURE OF A SOLDIER WITHIN A CURVED FOLIATE LINE. ABOVE THE CENTRE PANEL IS A CROSS WITH A FIGURE TO THE LEFT OF IT AND CURVED LINE FRAMING IT
