About the memorial: The memorial is a triptych at the west end of the nave of the church. The central panel is a painting of St. George on horseback. The two wings have the list of names in black lettering. Above the painting is a panel with the dedication in gold lettering. Above this is a wooden cross with a figure of the Crucified Christ in bronze.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
