About the memorial: Located in the entrance hall, mounted on the wall. Brundall Roll of Honour in the form of a carved open book mounted on a wooden board with a stepped heading. Dimensions: 61 x 76 cm approx. Incised lettering laid with gold leaf. Brass plaque attached to the lower border of the tablet frame engraved with words: “Presented by E A PARKER ESQ CHAIRMAN BRUNDALL PARISH COUNCIL 1948” On 28th June 2011 the Memorial Hall War Plaque was re-dedicated. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Dr Linnet Smith, Rector of Brundall with Braydeston and Postwick, as “a tribute to all the members of all the armed forces from Brundall and Braydeston who made the ultimate sacrifice for us and our community.” (Ref: Open invitation to Brundall residents from John Philp, Chairman, 2011).
