About the memorial:
The memorial chapel within the Abbey Church of Belmont Abbey is a very fitting memorial to those of Belmont Abbey School (subsequently closed) who died in the Second World War. The memorial includes the names of those who perished In the war on a tablet at the back of the alter and a stained glass window depicting the badges of the three armed services. The memorial is in good condition and is well maintained by the Abbey.
