About the memorial: Rectangular shrine featuring triangular apex supported by two columns. Shrine is supported by two corbels, and affixed to the wall with screws. At the top centre of the shrine is a Greek cross, beneath which is a print of The Great Sacrifice by James Clark, flanked by two pillars. Beneath the print is a carved inscription. Below the inscription is a brass plaque with engraved dedication. Beneath the shrine, a square board is affixed, with carved lettering in gold. (c IWM register). The memorial is in the south porch (main entrance). The church is normally locked but the memorial may be just visible though the gated across the porch. There are no other war memorials in the church.
