About the memorial:
An English or Flemish Oak Chest front (15th century) framed as a panel showing St George slaying the dragon at its centre with a knight in armour on either side in relief. The frame has dedication to those who fell in WW1 in gold lettering.
It was sold at auction by Christies in 2008.
