About the memorial: Plaque erected to memory of crew of Short Stirling AA-N of 75 (NZ)Squadron killed on takeoff from RAF Newmarket Heath. The original plaque had disintegrated and a local businessman, Mike Nicholas, sponsored its replacement in 2016. The replacement plaque, unlike the original, has the details of the crew.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
