About the memorial:
The War Memorial from the COE Chapel at Flaybrick Cemetery. Originally there was a stained glass window and panelling in the chapel which the surviving plaque refers to - it appears that the window and panelling may no longer exist.
The metal (bronze?) capped plaque has a border, with with A M D G letters in the corners and cross & war dates at the top, with dedication in raised lettering at its centre.
