About the memorial: Nowy headed marble tablet with a Latin cross in a laurel wreath positioned top centre. Incised inscription with black lettering. There is an accompanying Latin cross with a metal sword mounted on the front face. In the nave north aisle. Unveiled 1 November 1920.
