About the memorial: Rectangular board with a small triangular pediment and an inset white tablet with the names of those who fell in black lettering. Either side are two boards with the names of those who served and a small rectangular board of those who die on active service. On the outside front wall of the hall are three dedicatory tablets. The hall was opened by Dame Margaret Lloyd George.
