About the memorial: BED WITH DEDICATORY BRASS PLAQUE. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING Unveiled 1943 Originally located at Salford Royal Hospital, Chapel Street, Salford where the bomb landed. Hospital closed 1993 and relocated to Hope Hospital, Stott Lane which was later renamed Salford Royal Hospital.
