About the memorial: A plain cross of white stone on a three stepped base which is set within a white stone kerb filled with blue gravel . The Christogram IHS with the H pierced by a cross is located at the crossing point of the main cross. The lettering of the dedication is made from black cast lead type and extends over the front face of all three steps of the base .In front of the main cross is a smaller hollow cross set horizontally and filled with blue gravel .

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
